Listening and Burgers Made-to-Order

How can you provide assistance, understanding, ideas, services and solutions if you cannot first listen to what the concern is?

Sure, but what about when someone thinks they have the solution already and wants me to cook up a burger and fries, hold the mayo! I need to fill that request and keep the burger buying public happy!

You are taking orders, not listening.

What they want is a delicious burger that fills their belly without an extra nasty fat blob on top. So before you say..

Coming right up!

Offer a solution to their desire to remove the artery assassin.

No problem, would you consider a burger with a slice of avacado? It’s a healthy fat your body needs and it adds flavor and moisture to my grade AAA burger!

They may take you up on your offer and change their burger dining habits and experience for life. (Plus you’ll help out a few choice farmers in Cali.) They may say you are crazy. Either way, you recoginze your customer’s desire and offer a potential solution that wasn’t on their mind’s menu.

Nice post, I really dig the writing style.

Nice post. I get a lot of clients that just dictate what they need and this is good advice. Sometimes we end up just making what the customer asks, without actually providing our advice. Which is a major part of our value.

Like Tomas said above, good writing style. Images and a bigger font are my only suggestions.
