How to Write an Error Page

Your site will have bugs and errors at times. How will you handle that? Will the visitor receive a raw database or server error or will you customize the notification and let people know how you are dealing with it?

Google Good Bad Error

Google provides a great example for turning a bad customer experience into a decent one. Thanking the visitor for helping them make their product better by finding an error is a graceful exit and it reinforces a commitment to quality despite the occasional hiccup.
